Sawyer was great! I only had insurance on three of my four phones, he pointed out that it's only three dollars more to insure all for phones with a group plan.

The people at the MLK Store have no clue what they are doing! I was trying to switch my service from StraightTalk to AT&T. First they couldn't figure out how to do and had me call an 800 number....
