Slower than any AT&T store in America. Manager in the back sitting around with 4 people waiting. And has someone that isn't trained and doesn't know their job working the desk. Smh

My experience at this store was a 10/10!! The manager, Vinnie, was very helpful in getting my trade-in and upgrade figured out. Highly recommend this store specifically.
