About Arkansas Valley Communications Arkansas Valley Communications is a privately owned Motorola Authorized Two-Way Radio Dealer and Motorola Service Partner located in Russellville, Arkansas. We began business in 1975 when our founder, Pete Calvert, along with his wife Carolyn, moved to Russellville, AR and opened shop after working 10 years as a Motorola Field Technician Representative and 4 years before that as a Navy radio communications technician. In 2006 Pete and Carolyn retired and passed ownership of Arkansas Valley Communications to Steven Calvert, Greg Calvert, and Dennis Shipley. Your company will be putting their confidence in a company with the experience in two-way radio sales, service, and installation to do the job right. We have 7 full-time employees and remain flexible to meet your company's two-way radio needs. Our labor rates are some of the lowest in the two-way radio industry because of our low overhead, therefore giving you great service at a price you can afford.
