The Arkansas Out of School Network (AOSN) focuses on combating the summer slide by providing quality summer learning programs that help students retain academic skills and develop essential workforce abilities. By offering structured activities, nutritious meals, and supportive environments, AOSN plays a vital role in enriching the lives of children, particularly in underserved areas.

Recognizing the growing demand for such programs in Arkansas, AOSN advocates for public funding and supports the implementation of afterschool and summer programs that empower youth through skill-building opportunities. With a commitment to enhancing the educational experience, AOSN contributes significantly to the development of confident, capable young individuals ready to face the challenges of tomorrow's workforce.

Anthony School

The mission of Anthony School is to educate children from pre-kindergarten through the eighth grade in a challenging, loving environment which empowers them to become efficient, independent, excited learners. Anthony School Board of Trustees, administration, faculty, and staff are committed to educating each individual student to reach his or her academic potential. We have a history of success based on high academic standards and cooperation among parents, students, and school personnel. Anthony School policies and procedures are based on the right of every student to learn and every teacher to teach in an atmosphere of mutual respect. We provide an environment that enables students to make choices, exercise sound judgment, and develop appropriate academic and social behavior. Our goal is to teach students the self-discipline required to be successful academically and socially in school and in the broader community. Anthony School is a private, independent school, not affiliated with any church or religious organization. It is our policy to teach children respect and tolerance for persons of different faiths, traditions, and cultures. The curriculum includes customs and traditions from different faiths and cultures. The Director of the school will cooperate with individuals whose beliefs might exclude a child from participating in group activities or whose religious beliefs might require an excused absence from school for religious observances when school is in session. Anthony School is accredited by the Independent Schools Association of the Central States ( ISACS ), Arkansas Non-public School Accrediting Association ( ANSAA ), and North Central Association ( NCA ). Anthony School is a non-profit organization which does not discriminate on the basis of religion, race, ethnic origin, gender, disability, or any other consideration unrelated to education.
