Customer Service is terrible. Ron the manager is rude, disrespectful and not good at his job. He refuses to let someone talk to his superior which means he is hiding his behavior. Just know that...

Very big and clean unit.own parking lot. Higher end equipment. Not a ghetto neighborhood as most of the close to Memphis ones. Friendly staff. No password Wi-Fi. Vending machines.flat screen...

Very nice gym, clean, organized and well managed. Brandon does an excellent job there, I was visiting family from out of town for a few days, he was very welcoming and made me feel at home. Thank you
