6th Division Circuit Court

The circuit/county clerk is the official bookkeeper of the government of Pulaski County, Ark., and serves as the clerk for the county, quorum and probate courts. It keeps a regular account between the treasurer/collector and the county, credits the treasurer/collector with the money received, debits the treasurer/collector with the money dispersed and keeps an account of financial transactions within the county. The clerk also prepares various checks on the treasury for money ordered to be paid by the county court. In addition, the circuit/county clerk serves as the secretary of the quorum court and keeps permanent records of the proceedings of the quorum court. The clerk s office is located in Little Rock, Ark.
