Zipps is home of McDowell Mountain Ranch and Mountainview Ranch Residents and located just south of WestWorld of Scottsdale. Zipps offers spacious patio equipped with misters, great Happy Hour specials, pool tables, shuffleboard and TV's to watch the game.
