Safe place to live and great community! Coming from camelback and moving to Zinc was like night and day. Clean complex, great gym, and welcoming staff.

Unit are nice, but if you walk the ground it's dirty. When Thomas (groundskeeper) was here he made sure to keep up with cleaning. You'll find animals poop all around the grounds & trash. Parking...
