After 13 years and over 20,000 hours of experience in the clinical environment, it is time to follow my dreams and build a reliable, fun service that includes everyone.SpecialtiesWe offer elite strength and conditioning specialists to recreational athletes, and special populations. We focus on two different services and take immense pride in a scientific, safe approach to each. One is special populations, injury prevention, and post rehab training for all injury and internal conditions. This includes effective, safe, educational training for those with cardiovacular disease, diabetes, hormonal, neurological, or immune disorders, as well as musculoskeletal injury, joint replacements, and chronic inflammatory issues. Secondly we focus on all athletes with a special eye for endurance athletes. We also provide the premier running club in the metro area: The Rebuild Run Club.
