History
Helen Wood, owner/director of Yoga Prana opened the studio in 2007. She moved to Arizona to take care of her parents in 2006. Her passion for teaching and sharing the benefits of yoga has led her to opening the first yoga studio in the tristate area. Yoga Prana and it's instructors are committed to providing quality yoga instructions for the health and well being of it's students and promoting wellness in the community.
Specialties
We offer 17 yoga classes for all levels and meditation and Chi Gong classes. All classes are on going and can be joined in at anytime. Yoga mats and tools are available for student's use. Conveniently located on Hwy. 95 at the Colorado Place Bldg. across Smart & Final. First class is FREE for local students. New students can sign up for $30/30 Days or $49 Unlimited classes for the first month.

I took Qigong classes there couple of days in a week in 2018. Teachers who teach Qigong there are very informative, experienced and I enjoyed each and every class. I moved to different city now...
