I took classes here while traveling for work. Classes were great! I really felt you could bring your own intensity to the workouts. Some days are a struggle! "Take what you need for each class"....

I think this place was maybe 3 stars for me but I bumped it up to 4 as the instructor I had today was excellent. I like a nice sweaty hot vinyasa to get me out of my head and came for a class...

Went for the first time today after seeing videos on Tik Tok and can honestly say was a great workout. It kicked my butt, would definitely go again!!

Came here while I had a trial with class pass for 730am Power Yoga, which was heated, but not as hot as some hot yoga classes can be. I've passed by this place a lot but didn't know much about it....

I work out with a trainer 3 days a week but my butt got kicked here wow. I was interested in yoga sculpt which is hard to come by here in Phoenix Idk why so i jumped on there three day trial ....
