Yavapai County Government

The Yavapai County Public Works Department operates an engineering division that conducts in-house monitoring of engineering consultants professional service contracts for field surveying, computer design and right-of-way acquisitions. It offers construction inspection and management services for a variety of capital improvement projects that include county highways, bridges and airports. The Yavapai County Public Works Department s engineering division is also responsible for the maintenance of roadway regulatory signage and striping, driveway accesses and road cuts for utilities, as well as encroachments, such as driveway culverts, mailboxes and landscaping improvements. In addition, the department operates through airport, road, solid waste and emergency management divisions.
