Worship Yoga

History

We started in Oct. of 2014 in Mesa, AZ. We offer a variety of services ranging from yoga to fitness & martial arts. In addition to these services, we also provide life coaching and skin care. We believe that this Christ-centered, holistic approach is the best way to rejuvenate the whole mind, body and spirit.

Specialties

In the short time since opening the doors, Worship Yoga and Crucible Combat & Fitness has impacted peoples lives. Our Worship Yoga classes have been meet with open arms and praise by many individuals seeking something different. By practicing Worship Yoga, we have helped people to relax through yoga, enabling individuals to improve their mind, body, and soul in a Christ-centered manner. In addition to yoga, our self-defense program (Krav Maga) heavy bag and conditioning classes have helped people achieve their fitness goals all while teaching them potentially life saving self defense. Our goal is provide safety, confidence, grace and peace of mind to as many people as possible. Our specialties include: Christ-centered yoga, life coaching, skin care, Krav Maga, Jujutsu, combatives, Self-defense, fighting and conditioning.
