WorldatWork, founded in 1955, is a nonprofit organization serving human resource professionals in areas, such as compensation, benefits, rewards, work-life, performance and recognition, and attracting, motivating and retaining employees. Formerly known as the American Compensation Association, the organization comprises various units, including WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals, Alliance for Work-Life Progress and International Telework Association and Council. The units provide provides education, certification, publications, knowledge resources, surveys, conferences, research and networking opportunities to more than 20,000 members worldwide. The organization provides education and knowledge on a variety of topics, including executive compensation, stock options, incentive programs, performance management, employee turnover, and legislative and regulatory matters related to rewards. WorldatWork is headquartered in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Arizona Food Marketing Alliance

The Arizona Food Marketing Alliance Represents and Advocates the Interests of the Arizona Retail Food Industry their Supplier Partners in Legislation, Regulation, Education and other Appropriate Services. We Strive to Represent and Promote this Industry to Bring Prominence and more Awareness on it's Impact and Presence in Arizona. Tim McCabe, President, joined AFMA in October as the 8th president of the Arizona Food Marketing Alliance since 1943. Tim enjoyed a successful 34 year career with Coca-Cola Enterprises where he recently was the Vice President/General Manager of the Desert Mountain Division based in Arizona. He has served on many non-profit boards and was the chairman of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation ( JDRF ) "Walk to Cure Diabetes" in 2003 and 2004. Tim was honored by AFMA in 2004 as "Supplier of the Year." He and his wife Sandy have two grown boys, Brandon and Cody. Paul Bancroft-Turner, Sales Manager, joined AFMA in September 2008. He has a degree in Business and Finance from Barry College in South Wales. Paul began his career in the grocery industry working for Safeway and then Sainsbury's Stores in England. Before coming to AFMA, he was a top salesman in the jewelry industry. Greg Coylar began his career with AFMA in 2002 working for Arizona Cart Retrieval Company ( ACR ) as Field Agent. In April of 2008 Greg was promoted to General Manager of ACR. Greg is married to Karen who works for American Express and they are the proud parents of daughter Allyson who is 13 and a budding softball player! Debbie Roth, General Manager, is a 25 year veteran of the Arizona Food Marketing Alliance joining AFMA in January of 1985. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a B.A. in History and Secondary Education Debbie's husband Tim is a pool service owner and daughter Laine is a senior at the University of Arizona where she is an All-American softball player. Raynetta Hughes, Administrative Coordinator, is back. Having begun her career with AFMA in 2001. Circumstances caused her to leave the Association in 2004 when she was transplanted to Boise and later northern California where she worked for Unified Western Grocers. Judy Lettow, Director of Customer Operations, came to work for Arizona Cart Retrieval Company in July of 2007.
