The City of Williams Police Department is a full-service law enforcement agency that safeguards civil rights and preserves peace, order and safety. The Williams Police Department additionally serves in issues related to abandoned vehicles, weeds and fire hazards, rubbish and debris, livestock and substandard housing. It has a K-9 unit that that is funded through public and private donations and locates hidden suspects and searches for illegal narcotics.
