Wexford Science & Technology Innovation Center is launching the Wexford Innovation Labs at 850 PBC in Phoenix, AZ. Scheduled to open in mid-2022, this space will offer 34,500 square feet of flexible lab, office, and lab support facilities tailored for growing life science companies. The Innovation Labs will feature labs ranging from 250 to 1,000 square feet, designed to accommodate bioscience, medical device, clean tech, and engineering uses.

Located in the Phoenix Biomedical Campus, 850 PBC is at the forefront of advancing the bioscience ecosystem and population health in the Greater Phoenix region. The Innovation Labs are strategically positioned to connect entrepreneurs with the resources of Arizona State University, the Phoenix Biomedical Campus, and Wexford's network of university-centric Knowledge Communities.

By partnering with the Center for Entrepreneurial Innovation (CEI), Wexford aims to provide local innovators with exceptional entrepreneurial resources. CEI, part of the Maricopa Community College District, will operate and program the Innovation Labs, supporting the growth of the region's biomedical research community and entrepreneurial ecosystem.
