Friendly staff, but the pretzels were extremely undercooked and soggy. I would not come back to this Wetzel's location again. Every time I go, it's either over or undercooked. Auntie Anne's is on top!

Definitely my favorite pretzel among everyone. The pepperoni meltdown was in fine form on this day, nice and hot and just a bit crispy on the edges. They offer you a 2nd half price item as well...
