Every doctor I've interacted with over the course of 8 years have all been fantastic. The office staff on the other hand, are quite rude and condescending.

Was an established patient here for well over 13 years, recently called to see if I could come in as my Skyla IUD had finally expired. Was told they updated their system so now I was a new patient...

1st receptionist said grace period is 15 minutes, 2nd receptionist said it was 10. Ended up driving 40 minutes for nothing just to be lied to. Don't recommend.
