The worst customer service EVER. Shelly was extremely rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and aggressive. So disappointed and will never do business with them again.

I contracted this service through Home Depot. This is the second time I took a day off work only to spend the day waiting for their arrival. My counter top measure was scheduled from 12-3....

Our experience with them has been terrible. They completely miss appointments, don't call when they are scheduled to, they don't apologize when you do finally talk to a person and their office...
