History

Sun Life Family Health Center is a not-for-profit organization providing health care to Casa Grande, Eloy, Coolidge, Maricopa, Oracle and San Manuel. Our mission is to deliver comprehensive, high quality services to all people in need of affordable, accessible and culturally effective health care. Sun Life Family Health Center is Pinal county's largest provider of primary health care services. Governed by a Board of Directors representing the patients and communities served by the organization, Sun Life serves over 36,000 patients, 36% of whom are children. What makes us different is our unfailing concern for the well-being of our patients, and our willingness to provide the best possible experience for every person that walks through our doors. Sun Life has made significant efforts to review and improve the key factors that can affect the quality and safety of patient care.

Specialties

Healthcare services include: Diagnosis and treatment of major and minor illness; management of chronic health conditions; women's wellness; well-child examinations and immunizations; patient education; referral; follow-up care; pharmacy. Our new office will also operate a laboratory draw station for your convenience. Our enrollment specialists also help patients in gaining affordable access to care by helping them to apply for other insurance options such as AHCCCS, Medicare/Medicaid, or our sliding fee schedule.
