My experience with this ISP started out pretty good. I only got half the download speed I was paying for for about a month. Then, they got the problem fixed, and service was good for about a year....

Yes they were more responsive and have good staff. So far internet is good. Cons, they will not terminate or use existing pre cables in the house. Had to call Copper Canyon for that.
