These guys absolutely suck. Brand new $2500 TV worked for two weeks then broke. They will use a service appointment to get you out of the return period. Don't buy anything from them,...

Very poor customer service. They want to make money selling stuff on Amazon, but they don't want to take items back that are damaged.

Beware of this store! I bought two items through Amazon from Walts TV. The 1st was a #1600.00 flat screen and the 2nd was a subwoofer. When I got the subwoofer, my wife did not like so I boxed it...
