I go to Walmart pharmacy for my insulin paraphernalia it is cheaper than any other places I've been to. $12 for a box of 100 syringes now you can't beat that with an ugly stick.

The store is messy. Lots of people that are very rude shop here. Parking lot is a hot mess! Drivers are so disrespectful. Carts all over the place. Trash everywhere in the parking lot....
