Vitality Physical Therapy & Wellness was established in 2005 to serve the East Valley communities of Phoenix, AZ. Co-founders Michael and Jennifer Balbarin, both physical therapists, wished to create a facility where they could not only help patients improve upon their physical abilities but also help clients help themselves through education and correction of movement dysfunction. The therapists at Vitality Physical Therapy & Wellness have more than 50 years of combined experience treating a wide variety of physical therapy conditions.
