It is literally impossible to get ahold of anyone at the place since you have to go through their annoying customer service hotline. I need to get ahold of the doctor and can't even get to a human.

They were very nice to me and It was still very hot midday. They even made recommendations for us to go somewhere close by with air conditioning.
