Vern Lewis Welding Supply

History

In 1969, Vern Lewis moved from Iowa to Arizona as a Regional Manager for Forney Industries selling welders to local farm communities. He then went into business on his own and opened the first location of Vern Lewis Welding Supply in Avondale, Arizona in 1978. Vern Lewis Welding Supply has grown leaps and bounds since opening that first small store and he went on to expand the Avondale location to include a bulk gas fill plant and opened stores in Central Phoenix, Prescott Valley, Wickenburg, and Mesa. The company now includes additional stores in North Phoenix, Peoria, and Kingman, as well as a centralized warehouse, repair shop, and welding lab.

We also hold welding classes at our Peoria location and offer welder repair and rental services from our repair shop in Phoenix. Our well-trained and experienced staff will also ask you pertinent questions to guarantee that you not only get the proper piece of equipment, but that you also run the proper size consumables and have access to proper voltage and electricity.
