They are not there to help the animals. They make it as difficult as possible to adopt, or even see the dogs. And use them to fundraise. Fundraising, and their salaries are all They care about....

Fun and upbeat staff who clearly enjoys being around animals. We adopted a beautiful black kitty from here and the experience was super smooth. It was obvious she was well cared for.

The staff could be more friendly. I donate money, food, blankets, etc. Will still donate as it is not the animals fault.
