Tried getting a loan through them multiple times and they find every excuse to not help you. The reviews on VW are correct. Do your homework and find better for yourself!

I have had a bad experience with Vantage west customer service at this office in Tucson is not great if you're trying to pay for your credit card or car loan you have to go into the office
