We went to the location off Deer Valley and 75th Ave A few days after my son's birthday, he tested positive for lead at 5. Not even two weeks later he was at 12 and they ordered bloodwork....

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE! Scammers!! Once we were told our son had lead poisoning and required further testing, so we scheduled the appointment and took him in, only to be told the blood lab...
