excellent beef, bacon, and ground elk! Smoked turkey for Thanksgiving was outstanding. I have bought their products several times. I am planning another shopping visit soon!

The Carne Asada is so incredibly good! They carry it all! Try their homemade sausage or hand cut thick ribeye, buy a steak of whole beef and fill the freezer!
