Good and bad. Bad for standard business practice of closing books at 4:00 pm even Fridays when other banks are normally 5:00pm and even later on Fridays. Good because I just missed the cutoff...

I've always had great rapport with this branch. I had some issues with the account itself and talked to someone on the phone and then ended up needing to come to the branch to resolve the problem....

The tellers here are always very nice. I know it's not their fault when this happens... But the issue seems to be that they never have enough tellers or when they are short staffed the manager...
