Worst coustomer service by telephone ever. Fraud department is on a Spring Break! I think it's also lunchtime, dropped calls, sassy arguments from reps, (probably the Mai Tai. 25 minutes wait time...

I'm so glad that this is in this location. Although, the drive thru ATM is a tight fit getting in and out of it's still conveniently located. There is free parking outside of the front door....

The customer service is lacking and so is common sense. I needed a doc signed to state I do in fact have an account and they would not do it. Bank elsewhere I warn you.
