Awful awful costumer service!!!! Rude rude manager. I should not have to explain where I get my money from or how I make my living to the teller at the bank.....they're not the IRS or police....

I love US Bank but today i received mediocre service. Not very friendly. If i didn't have my card i wouldn't have to deal with the front counter person. Disappointing.
