So this is pretty tasty! The recipes need a bit more zataar......because the beef shawarma comes off as a tad bit like cane asada.....but the baba is great, and the dollars have a subtle...

Was on the east side of Tucson looking for Greek and found Urban Pita. Had the Gyro sandwich - super tasty - and fresh. Great service in a nice clean minimalist space.
