Arizona Game and Fish Department (AZGFD) manages, conserves and protects wildlife as well as fisheries resources. The department is responsible for the management, preservation and recreational use of fish and wildlife. Based in Flagstaff, Ariz., it is also responsible for watercraft and off-highway vehicle safety and management. In addition, Arizona Game and Fish Department offers a variety of outdoor recreation activities, such as shooting sports, wildlife viewing, boating, along with providing land access information for hiking.

Based in Flagstaff, Ariz., Coconino County Recorder s Office is comprised of the Recording Division which includes Microfilm, Mailroom, and the Elections Department. The responsibilities include processing and creating a public record of all documents received in a timely manner, and to insure that all records are easily accessible to the public, and conducting all aspects of elections including voter management, outreach, and election processes. It also provides plat and survey maps on-line, Arizona uniform real property electronic recording act and public record information.

The Information Technology Department, governed by Coconino County in Arizona, is a centralized service department that provides networking, geographic information system and programming services. It is also responsible for computer purchasing and software application training for county users and offers technology consulting services to other departments. The department operates administration, criminal justice integration, network, programming, telecommunications and training divisions. The Information Technology Department maintains a staff of more than 30 employees. Its programming division offers in-house consultation and analysis for client departments. The department maintains a data center and systems management division. The Information Technology Department administers a network infrastructure of over 150 routers and switches.
