Words cannot describe how horrible this apartment building is. I've lived here for 3 years and know its flaws well. The units are fine, but there are literally no amenities. No pool, no gym, not...

Excellent staff, kind and friendly maintenance people. Perhaps a little expensive if you're used to " fancy downtown living ", but the local management acts with care and grace.
