SCAM - stay far far away! They received the claim from our insurance, came over to drop off the check, there was no check, had us sign "check receipt form" on 11/3 and have heard nothing since....

Update: after someone finally got around to getting back to me- something about an office move- they were able to able to resolve my issue. Shady business practices, terrible customer support....
