I was at my fave Ulta the other day and saw some girl with a boot on her foot. Talking down to staff I was un impressed . Ridiculous I won't be back to this store!! She should be suspended.

Xan and Manar actually are the sweetest girls ive ever met and they were so so helpful and were super fun to talk to for like ever and gave me tips and I feel like I know how to do makeup now but...

The makeup selection is excellent and the staff that supports it, the best. I received a haircut style that I did not want, and specifically said I did not want. I felt the hairdresser pressured...

One of the Cashiers, Jasmine, was so so sweet, an absolute saint, she made sure I got everything I asked for and was super nice, she deserves a raise
