Love the nurses & doctors but the front desk staff is extremely callous. They are definitely a barrier to me wanting to continue to see TMC for wound care.

Get rid of the supervisor and Director because they lie and only cover there on butts - the Nurses are great the NP's are good but it always seems the when admin gets involved things go down hill...
