Dave's Astanga Yoga

Dave's Astanga Yoga, now known as Authentic Yoga, was founded in 2010 by Dave and Cheryl Oliver with a focus on providing students with direct experiences of yoga. Their teachings are rooted in the astanga vinyasa system, offering a range of yoga styles, Vedic Chant, Sanskrit language, and yoga philosophy through Yoga Alliance registered teacher trainings.
