Had a TERRIBLE first five minutes at the Hotel 8, down the road... ate the $70 cancellation fee, and went hunting for a new hotel. Came upon Travelodge and was immediately happy with my decision....

The Travel Lodge appears to be under new management. Nothings been upgraded. The same old furniture, the same carpets, everything is showing it's age. The most disturbing thing was the Jacuzzi....

Edit: I got an email after contacting corporate and they said I damaged a table, smoked in the room and caused chaos when I arrived and disturbed other guests along with me creating a disturbance...

Just don't do it!!!!! The room was filthy still beer cans and garbage in trash can, horrible strong smell in room. I asked to change rooms or be refunded and he told me no. We had to leave...
