Absolute worst customer service. Randomly cacanceled my Door Dash with no explanation. When I called, their attitude was arrogant and careless. No explanation, no apologies, no resolution.

I usually have a pleasant experience when going to Total Wine but not today. Almost every employee was rude and unhelpful. It's not that hard to be helpful and say hello. Do better.
