I went to the store on July 20. I was very disappointed in how cluttered and disorganized and junkie the store look today.

Don't invest in any of their hair tools. Because if you try it and don't like it they have a policy once you use it ,it's yours, even if you take it back the same day. Their policy is posted up...

Starting to look like a junk store. Too much inventory stuffed into a small space. This used to be a well maintained and organized place to shop.

I had an outstanding experience at this location specifically because of one staff member, Royal. He helped me find everything I was looking for and made sure we left the store completely...
