Great workout. Each class is 45 minutes and set up with 8 different rounds. The instructor demonstrates each combination and continues to call them out throughout the class so you won't forget....

Jolee and Zane are incredible instructors! They always cater to skill level and keep the class motivated. I do feel my skills have improved as a boxer and I look forward to going to the classes....

They are lousy operators, so it's no wonder all the locations are closing. They don't honor their agreements.
