Tire Up-Wheel Alignment, Brakes, & Service

While we haven't had our service yet (it's been rescheduled), Tire Up acknowledged they made an error when scheduling us and offered a free oil change for our trouble. Phenomenal customer service!

They told me that my Jeep needed ball joints replaced before they could do my alignment. Quoted me over $900 for the ball joint replacement. He did shop around for good tire prices for me though.
