Time Out Domestic Violence Shelter and Services, established in 1993, provides a safe sanctuary for individuals facing abuse and domestic violence in Payson and the Rim Country. Through a 28-bed emergency shelter and various support programs, they aim to promote healing, growth, and advocacy for survivors.
