Charming home built in 1929 completely remodeled, enlarged, and decorated in 2015 with all new furniture, appliances , windows, hard-scape, and landscaping. This house can accommodate 8 people with the Master Suite, The Queen Room, the Twin Room, and two leather sleeper couches. A large wraparound front patio faces the cul-de-sac while the covered rear patio with new gas bar-b-que gets the southern sun. Full Laundry.

We are a vacation rental property, centrally located in Phoenix, less than 10 minute walk from Light-rail, near many great attractions such as, ASU Campus, Us Airways Arena and Chase Field. Margaet T. Hance Park Also near Hospitals (For Medical Stay). We have been completely renovated, our charming vacation rental sleeps 8 comfortably.
