worst Customer service. Staples down the street puts them to shame. Old Lady needs to be put out to pasture.

It was packed of course and they had a long line, I was waiting patiently to be attended and so were the other people in line, their was 2 old ladys working at the store, one who's name was Debby...

The new location; the people there are always friendly and helpful. Appreciate the other services th are available.

Horrible customer service from the old lady who called herself the manager. She doesn't even look up when you're trying to talk to her. Good God, just retire already! Zero flexibility at this UPS!
