A unique aspect of our team is that we are able to loan our Sellers up to $5000 to get repairs done before listing and have it paid back at closing. Alicia and our team of professionals are bi-lingual in Spanish as well. We are present with our clients throughout the whole buying process, from the home inspection, to walk-through, and the closing.
