HistoryI Have been training now for over 3 years. My journey started with my own fitness story as well. After a shoulder surgery I gained a ton of weight even despite keeping up with working out. When I decided to take it serious I lost 50 pounds from my heaviest. That feeling of accomplishment and being comfortable in my body is what I strive to have all my clients feel and why I became a trainer.SpecialtiesCurrently certified through NASM as a Weight Loss Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Nutrition Coach and Personal Training.

FIT4MOM Chandler is a community-focused fitness program designed specifically for mothers, offering pre and postnatal health, wellness, and fitness initiatives at various stages of motherhood. With a mission to provide "Strength in Motherhood," their workouts are created by moms for moms, fostering a supportive environment that promotes physical and emotional well-being. The organization offers a range of programs, including Stroller Strides, FIT4BABY, and Body Well, as well as opportunities for moms to become instructors or start their own FIT4MOM Lite franchise.
